The Green Door Heritage Restoration Project, Duncan, BC

The last early 20th C. home to be standing in downtown Duncan on a double lot with a full garden. This building was slated for demolition, but with the help of hundreds of community volunteers who donated time, money and in-kind services, this lovely home and garden were saved. It presently houses several offices, a community kitchen and a small bachelor suite.
